Character Interview with Chloe from The Vampire Hunter’s Daughter
Hello Chloe! Thanks so much for stopping by so we can find out more about you! It's fabulous to meet you. Tell us about your family.
My family is not very big, it’s just my grandfather. But we have a lot of people who live with us. My mother was murdered by vampires on order by my father, who was also a vampire…he is dead now too. My grandfather, and myself, we are vampire hunters…like every other person who lives in our town.
What was the scariest moment of your life?
I’ve had a lot of scary moments in my life. But, I’m going to have to go with either witnessing my mother being murdered or when we were attacked by three vampires and I made my first kill, I wasn’t sure I was going to make it out alive that night.
What book are you reading now?
I am reading a book about the history of witchcraft called “Witchcraft through the ages.” I am trying to find out about the heritage of a friend of mine who was told by my demi-goddess grandmother times like a hundred, that she is a child of the earth, a witch, but we have no idea where to find out about her family.
What is your favorite meal?
I am a huge fan of meat! I love steak! I have realized, over the last year, that this is probably because I am half a vampire and that is why I like my steak extra rare, it tends to gross people out at the table.
What do you do to unwind and relax?
I don’t really have a lot of time to unwind and relax because I have school and training all the time, but when I have time I like to spend it up at the waterfall with…well, you have to read my story to find out who! (I know, I’m evil )
If I came to visit early in the morning would you impress me as being more like a chirpy bird or a grumpy bear?
I’m actually a very good morning person, so I would probably be more like a chirpy bird. Granted, I do like to have a shower and coffee, but I get up super early so I’d probably be showered and dressed and caffeinated by the time you showed up anyway.
What would we find under your bed?
If you looked under my bed right this minute you would probably find a couple pairs of shoes, some dust bunnies, a shotgun and some boxes with
junk in them. Alice
What are you passionate about these days?
These days, I’m still passionate about training. Not so much the hand to hand fighting part where I’m usually getting knocked on my butt, but the weapons part I totally love. I have a true love for guns and archery…it’s my favorite.
