Welcome!!   It's great to see you back on my blog again with a new book in this fantastic series!! Thanks for this Q&A opportunity!

Where do you dream of traveling to and why?
I’d love to travel all over.  Australia, Greece, Ireland, The Caribbean, just to name a few.  No particular reason, I just really love traveling.  I have a gypsy spirit.

What book are you reading now?
I just finished listening (I’m an audiobook fiend) to the Hard Ink series by Laura Kaye, and I’m not ready to start a new book yet.  I’m still too wrapped up in that world.  OH BOY!  Not my normal read, but soooooo good!

As a child, what did you want to be when you grew up?
As a kid I wanted to be an astronomer, an astronaut, and a writer.  Writer is the only one that stuck.
All time faves are Charmed, Doctor Who, and NCIS.  My favorite current show is Scorpion.  Oh dear me how I love me some Sly.  Also Agents of Sheild, iZombie, The Flash, Arrow, Super Girl, pretty much if it’s nerdy or geeky, I’m probably all over it.  I just got finished binging on GRIMM.

What songs are most played on your Ipod?
None.  I have never had any music on my mp3 player, only Audiobooks.

What is your favorite meal?
I rarely eat my “favorite” meal these days, but it is fried chicken, mashed potatoes with brown gravy, green beans (or greens) and cornbread.  I am, of course, Southern.

What group did you hang out with in high school?
I didn’t really have a “group”.  I was that kid that didn’t really fit in anywhere, but just floated around.  Not in the “popular” way… I just talked to whoever.  I knew a lot of people, but only knew a few really well.  Before school I hung with the slackers sometimes, or in the library alone. In one class I sat with the stoner/metal heads, in another I chatted with some of the Flag Corp girls, in another cheerleaders.  At lunch I sat with the choir & drama kids when I wasn’t in the library (or kissing my boyfriend behind the band room).

What do you do to unwind and relax?
Netflix and chill.  Except I really watch Netflix and snuggle with my dogs.  I’d snuggle with my husband, but my chocolate lab, Captain Mal, would never allow that.

Excerpt from Changing Moon by June Stevens:

Kane stepped into the ring and stood at attention with his fists in front of him, the muscles on his arms straining under his skin as if trying to burst through.

It took everything I had not to turn and run. Vampire strength was one thing, but muscles like that on a vampire meant heavy-duty attention to keeping them honed. Which spoke not just to his strength, but also to his level of experience. Trying not to show any fear, I backed to the other side of the ring, as was dictated in a formal fight. Then a bell rang and the match started.

The first few seconds, we hopped around the ring, assessing each other. When I thought I had an opening, I thrust my leg out in a fast, hard kick at his middle. He easily caught my heel, twisted it, and flipped me on my face. I hit the floor with a thud.

Well, that was humiliating.

I hopped up and looked for another opening. Soon, we were trading blows. We seemed evenly matched, but I didn’t buy it. He was toying with me, and I knew it. But I had something up my sleeve, too.
