Wilted Wings by Shadow Stephens : Interview: Promotional Book Tours

Where do you dream of traveling to and why? England. I’m a huge English history buff and would lose myself there. The castles and cemeteries alone would suck me in.

What was your first sale as an author? Legion of Bats. It’s not the first book is wrote but the first I published. It’s very close to my heart since it takes place where I grew up in West Virginia.

What is the hardest part of writing your books? Editing for sure. I get so excited to get my next book out that i want to speed through that process, but in the end I make myself read every book out loud in its entirety before I send it to my editor.

How do you describe your writing style? I like to write easy to read stories, but ones that put you on the edge of your seat.

Do you hear from your readers? What kinds of questions do they ask? They always ask for sequels. Finally, I have given them one; wilted wings.

Do you use a pen name? If so, how did you come up with it? I do. Shadow Stephens just seemed to flow when you said it out loud. I didn’t think my real name sounded good on a book cover.

What are your favorite TV shows? I love that 70’s show, and any kind of ghost hunting shows. I love going ghost hunting.

Wilted Wings
Power, greed, and envy fill Damon and Ilisha’s world. Their hope of settling into a life of peace and family remains out of grasp. Damon is kidnapped and forced to stand trial for the death of his father while a breed of hybrids designed to destroy all angels is set loose. With no choice but to leave her earthly mother and baby behind, Ilisha struggles in a world of high politics and family feuds. She must become an ultimate warrior to save her husband and both the worlds she loves.

Thanks for the giveaway. I am following you on twitter, however, I recently had a problem on it that hopefully is fixed. If you get a direct message with a link from me, do NOT open it.
